Common Questions
Minimum and maximum number of birthday parties can I organize?
Our party packages are prepared for at least 10 children. However, you can invite fewer people if you wish. There is no change in price for fewer guests.
The ideal capacity of the party room is 20 children + 20 adults. Visit us for more invitees and let’s explore the birthday room together.
Does the birthday price include a trip to the aquarium?
Yes. Birthday guests can also visit the aquarium.
Are there personnel assigned during the organization?
Our customer relations representative will accompany you during the party. Our customer relations representative will make your offerings and support children in playing music according to their age groups.
Can I bring food from outside?
The birthday person can bring in treats from outside for adults only. Pot dishes, take-away food, kebabs, etc. are not accepted. Additional rental fees may be charged if service equipment is required.
Do you have photography service?
Our photography team, which operates within Emaar Aquarium, provides professional photography services for a fee. No service can be obtained from another company for photography.
Can I change the reservation date?
You can change the birthday date up to 3 days before. For reservation changes made 48 hours before or less than 48 hours before the event, the “cancellation” procedure is applied.
Can I cancel the event?
For birthday parties canceled 48 hours in advance, 25% of the prepayment will be refunded. For cancellations before 24 hours, the prepayment will not be refunded.
Do I have to pay for a birthday reservation?
A 50% prepayment is required to confirm the birthday reservation. Reservations without prepayment are not guaranteed. The entire payment is collected by deducting the prepayment before the party.
