Terms
- Child, Student, Teacher and Age 65 tickets are promotional tickets. In order to benefit from these tickets, it may be requested to present your identity card when necessary.
- Children aged 0-36 months are free of charge. Get your ticket from the reception during your visit.
- Child tickets are valid for visitors under the age of 13.
- Adult tickets are valid for visitors between the ages of 13-64.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by 1 adult aged 18 and over
- Tickets purchased are valid for 30 days. The validity period cannot be extended and tickets cannot be refunded.
- There are no refunds or cancellations of tickets purchased online. Please read all terms carefully.
- Tickets purchased online and promotions and campaigns cannot be combined or used together.
- A person can purchase a maximum of 5 tickets in 1 day.
- Online tickets are not suitable for corporate use. Please contact us for your corporate ticket requests.

Can someone else use my Annual Subscription?
Annual Memberships are given individually and with a photo, and therefore cannot be used by anyone other than the membership owner.
Is there a Group Discount?

How long are my tickets valid for?
- Your standard Emaar Aquarium and Underwater Zoo tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- For Joint Tickets, Emaar Aquarium tickets are 30 days from the date of purchase. Emaar SkyView tickets are valid throughout the day of purchase
- Annual Subscriptions are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
