We do not offer special guides for visitors, but we do have visitor guides in certain areas of our aquarium. Our visitor guides, trained by our fisheries engineers and familiar with all living things, are happy to assist you during your trip.

It takes 1-1.5 hours to visit the Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. If you want to stay and watch the presentations/shows, this time can be increased even more.

No, you can’t. Your ticket is valid for a single entry only. If you plan to come to the aquarium again, you can get an annual membership card and enter unlimitedly for 365 days and benefit from the most advantageous ticket price.

Yes. At Emaar Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, our visitors can take photos and videos. However, in order to shoot professionally, you need to get permission by contacting our marketing department. We also have a professional photography service that can assist you during your visit.

However, due to the health and safety of the animals, flash photography is not allowed in some exhibition areas. These areas are clearly indicated during your trip, and we kindly ask you to abide by this rule.
